Grace is seeking fun and motivating volunteers to lead and facilitate walking groups for our Women on the Move program. Women on the Move consists of women of all fitness levels, coming together to explore new places, make new friends, and keep our fitness goals on track.
Teams meet 1 hour, 3 days a week, for 3 months. Our next session is Sept 2th – Nov 18th, with the following options:
Morning Team – Tues, Thurs, Sat at 9-10am
Evening Team – Mon & Wed at 6-7pm, Sat at 9-10am
Opportunities available: 3
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and participate in group walks 3 times a week
Take attendance and track mileage
Communicate with program participants as needed
Qualifications:
Interest in fitness or exercise is a plus but not required
Must be able to walk/train with the team
Able to complete orientation and training prior to session
Able to dedicate approximately 3 hours a week from September-November
