Join us a for a fun and relaxing Self-Care Saturday!

We’ll start with a brief discussion on the significance of self-care and techniques to seamlessly integrate it into our daily lives to enhance our overall well-being. Afterward participants will have the opportunity to craft their own personal self-care kits to take home and utilize over the coming weeks.

Each kit includes a face mask, gold under-eye masks, premium herbal teas, a mindful activity, a physical activity and more.

Participants will also have the chance to create their very own spa care items.

• Hand & Foot Scrub – Choose between a rich coffee sugar scrub or create your own scent using one of our many essential oils.
• Bathing Salts – Add your choice of essential oils. Then mix in dried rose petals or lavender for a luxurious bathing experience.

Lunch and drinks provided.
