Refresh – A time to relax, recharge & reflect

Mothers give so much of themselves to those they love, and the things they do, but often they don’t take time for themselves. Between family, work and a host of other responsibilities, it’s important that they take some time to relax and recharge. Taking a break, even for a small moment can help reduce stress and relieve the feeling of being overwhelmed.

Our Refresh program consists of a variety of fun and engaging activities that help moms relax, recharge and reflect. These events strive to nurture each woman’s mental, physical and spiritual health, while providing a safe space to build community.

*Most events also include onsite childcare.
