Sustainable Self-Care 60 mins / $600

This interactive workshop discusses the significance of self-care and provides practical techniques to integrate it into our daily routines to enhance our overall well-being. Participants will have the opportunity to craft their own personal self-care kits to take home and utilize over the coming weeks. Includes 1 DIY activity, select when booking:

  • Sugar Scrubs
  • Bath Salts 
  • Face Masks
  • Pillow Sprays

Bite-Sized Nutrition – 60 mins / $500

This practical workshop guides participants in building balanced, nutritious meals, making smarter food choices, and planning and prepping meals with ease. Based on USDA principles and including adaptations for diabetes-friendly, plant-based, and culturally diverse diets, the program empowers individuals to make informed choices that support their overall health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease, and promote long-term wellness.


Managing Stress Without Burning Out – 60 mins / $500

Stress is a part of life, but burnout doesn’t have to be. This interactive workshop equips participants with practical strategies to recognize the warning signs of burnout, manage daily stress, and build resilience in the workplace and beyond. Participants will leave with a personalized stress management plan they can begin using immediately.


Goal Setting That Works – 60 mins / $500

This workshop guides participants through setting realistic and achievable personal and professional goals while building accountability and sustainable habits. Participants will leave with a clear action plan and practical techniques to stay focused and motivated long after the workshop ends.


Create Better Balance with Boundaries – 60 mins / $500

Setting boundaries is essential for maintaining healthy relationships, reducing stress, and preventing burnout. This workshop helps participants confidently communicate their limits, manage expectations, prioritize work-life balance, and overcome the guilt often associated with saying no. Attendees will leave with practical tools to protect their time and energy while remaining productive and engaged.
