This practical workshop guides participants in building balanced, nutritious meals, making smarter food choices, and planning and prepping meals with ease. Based on USDA principles and including adaptations for diabetes-friendly, plant-based, and culturally diverse diets, the program empowers individuals to make informed choices that support their overall health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease, and promote long-term wellness.
