Women on the Move is a supportive group of women of all fitness levels, coming together to explore new places, make new friends, and stay accountable to our fitness goals.

If you’re looking for an empowering, fun-filled, and supportive walking experience, join us at the next walk! We walk every Wednesday and Saturday, from 9-10am in Arlington, TX.
