About this Event:
Cultivating Resilience: A Journey to Mental & Emotional Balance is a 4-week course to help you build resilience, manage stress and become more in-tune with your emotional and mental health. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, struggling to manage your emotions, or simply looking to take better care of yourself, this course offers practical tools and gentle guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges with more confidence and clarity.
Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of our mental and emotional well-being, learning practical and personalized strategies for making lasting, positive changes.
In this course, you’ll learn how to:
